Christmas Events at All Saints'


Friday 13th Dec, 5.30pmBeasts of Bethlehem’

Inspired by the CS Lewis poem 'The Nativity'. Join Buffy the Sheep, Max the Ox and Don the Donkey for a wild and woolly retelling of the nativity as they chew over who and what on earth the little baby in their feeding trough might be. There will be a small charge of £2 per person (0-3yrs free).


Friday 13th Dec, 7.30pm Carols in the Crown

Come and join with others to sing carols over a pint or glass of wine at the Crown Pub.


Sunday 15th Dec, 6pm Carols by Candlelight

Come and join us as we turn off the lights and ignite the candles for a service of traditional and some modern carols interspersed with Bible readings. Whilst children are welcome, please note that the church will be quite dark and lit by candles and there is little space for playing.


Wednesday 18th Dec, 6.30pm School Carol service

This is for the families of KS2 children at Marcham Primary School


Sunday 22nd Dec, 3.30pm Carol Service at St. Luke's, Garford

Come and join others for this traditional service of carols and readings at St. Luke's


Sunday 22nd December, 4-6pm Carol Singing round Marcham village

On Sunday 22nd December a group of enthusiastic singers of all ages from All Saints’ Church will be singing Christmas carols around Marcham in the hope of spreading some Christmas cheer. If you would like to come and hear us, sing along to a few carols, or just grab a free mince pie and a cup of mulled wine, do join us at one of the four following locations:
4-4.30pm Post Office/Sweetbriar
4.30-5pm The Pastures (Plantation Avenue)
5-5.30pm Marcham Primary School
5.30-6pm Willow farm (Pointer Place

Tuesday 24th Dec, 4pm Crib service

Join us as we hear the Christmas Story. This service is suitable for families with children of all ages.


Tuesday 24th. Dec, 11pm Midnight Communion

A traditional service of Holy Communion that allows you to be one of the first to see in Christmas morning
